In this pivotal client-facing role, you will serve as the technical and operational bridge between our clients and their learning platforms. You will ensure that our clients' Learning Management Systems (LMS) run seamlessly, empowering their employees to access top-tier training resources efficiently.

As an LMS Administrator, you will take ownership of the end-to-end learning experience. This includes managing user access, curating high-quality course content, and analyzing learning data to drive engagement and performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • System Management: Oversee the daily operations and configuration of the LMS, ensuring all features are utilized to their full potential.
  • Content Curation: Create, update, and organize training materials, modules, and quizzes within the Learning Management System.
  • User Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring a secure and organized learning environment.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective troubleshooting assistance to learners and instructors facing platform issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports on user activity, course completion rates, and learning trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding LMS inquiries, acting as a strategic partner in their training initiatives.
  • System Optimization: Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates and integrate new tools into the existing ecosystem.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience working as an LMS Administrator or in a similar training support role within a BPO or corporate setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with major LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, TalentLMS, Blackboard, Moodle) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to user challenges.
