Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the analysis of complex financial data and market trends to support investment decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements within the Wealth Management division.
- Conduct comprehensive research on emerging markets and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Support the preparation of investment reports, client presentations, and regulatory documentation with high accuracy.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly or monthly status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in an additional language is highly preferred.
- High academic standing (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent) with a keen interest in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Proven leadership potential and a strong desire to learn and grow within a global institutional setting.
