We are seeking a talented and imaginative artist to join our design team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of visual storytelling, crafting stunning visuals that resonate with anime enthusiasts. You will work closely with the creative director to develop unique characters and immersive environments that define our brand's aesthetic. If you have a keen eye for detail and a deep love for 2D illustration, we want to see your portfolio.
As a key member of our design department, you will ensure that every pixel serves a purpose, maintaining high-quality standards while adhering to project timelines. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of traditional and digital art.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and create original 2D anime character designs, ensuring distinct personalities and visual appeal.
- Design detailed and atmospheric backgrounds and environments that support the narrative.
- Collaborate with the art director and development team to align visual styles with project requirements.
- Refine and polish artwork using industry-standard digital tools to achieve high-quality output.
- Adapt illustrations for various formats, including web banners, mobile assets, and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and visual ideas.
- Review feedback and iterate on designs to meet client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong skills in 2D anime illustration, character design, and environment art.
- Proficiency in digital art software such as Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or Procreate.
- Deep understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with creating assets for games or animation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
