Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality output and professional growth
- Develop and execute visual materials that align with Erajaya Active Lifestyle's brand identity
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual guidelines and design standards
- Manage design projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Stay updated with current design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for feedback and approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and brand development work
- Expert proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch)
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing design teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
