Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to sea-going engineering teams for daily vessel operations.
- Monitor and analyze machinery performance data to optimize efficiency and prevent technical downtime.
- Coordinate with technical superintendents regarding dry-docking, major repairs, and planned maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime standards, ISM code, and company-specific safety protocols.
- Review and approve technical requisitions for spare parts and marine equipment.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports regarding fleet maintenance status and machinery reliability.
- Conduct audits and technical investigations as required to identify root causes of equipment failure.
Kualifikasi
- Current or former 2nd or 3rd Engineer License (COC holder).
- Extensive experience working on commercial or industrial vessel engine room machinery.
- Proficiency in marine maintenance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of engine room systems, including propulsion, auxiliary engines, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost-effective maintenance strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
