Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate team of technicians for heavy equipment maintenance/repairs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues in heavy machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Train and mentor technicians on technical best practices
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with project teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years heavy equipment maintenance experience
- 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair methodologies
- Strong multicultural team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA equivalent)
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CAT, Komatsu)
