We're seeking a technical expert to coordinate seamlessly with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of working drawings and standardized work methods. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors regarding working drawings and work methods
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Develop and implement MEP system coordination strategies
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Resolve technical conflicts between MEP systems and architectural elements
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards
- Support site inspections and quality control activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP coordination experience in construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building regulations (SNI)
- Experience with subcontractor management and vendor coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
