Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, creatures, objects, and environments in accordance with project requirements
- Collaborate with art directors, game designers, and other team members to ensure animations meet the game's artistic vision
- Implement animations using game engines and ensure they perform optimally across different platforms
- Refine animations based on feedback from team members and playtesters
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve animation quality
- Create animation documentation and assets for the development team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the animation pipeline
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, 3D Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in 3D animation for games, film, or other interactive media
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and motion
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong artistic sense and technical animation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
