Join Randstad as a 3D Design Lead and take charge of our creative visual direction. In this senior role, you will be responsible for spearheading the design of high-fidelity 3D assets, leading a team of talented designers, and ensuring our visual outputs meet the highest industry standards. We are looking for a visionary leader who combines technical expertise with artistic flair to drive innovation within our engineering and design teams.
As a 3D Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience through immersive visual storytelling. You will oversee the entire design lifecycle, from concept to final render, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless results. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 3D designers and artists, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Conceptualize and create complex 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects.
- Manage the 3D design pipeline and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, developers, and product managers to align visual goals.
- Review and refine 3D renders to ensure they meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Stay abreast of emerging 3D technologies and software to enhance our creative capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in 3D design, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proven experience in project management and resource allocation.
