Are you a creative visionary with a passion for bringing brands to life in physical retail spaces? Redpod Indonesia is seeking a talented 3D Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' retail presence, conceptualizing and executing high-impact Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and immersive booth designs that captivate audiences.
You will work closely with our marketing and production teams to transform brand identities into functional, aesthetic, and highly visible retail displays. From floor displays and gondolas to large-scale event booths, your designs will directly influence consumer behavior and brand perception. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative 3D concepts for POSM, including floor displays, gondolas, and counter displays.
- Create high-quality booth designs for exhibitions, trade shows, and brand activations.
- Translate 2D marketing briefs into detailed, buildable 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure design feasibility, material selection, and structural integrity.
- Produce accurate technical drawings and planograms for installation teams.
- Stay up-to-date with current retail design trends, sustainable materials, and construction techniques.
- Participate in client presentations, clearly articulating the design rationale and vision.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in retail design, specifically POSM and booth development.
- Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or Blender).
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for post-production and graphics.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing materials, fabrication processes, and structural requirements.
- Exceptional spatial awareness and an eye for branding, proportion, and visual impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
