- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings of restaurant interiors
- Develop spatial layouts that optimize functionality and aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with architects to align designs with structural requirements
- Produce material palettes and lighting schemes that evoke desired atmospheres
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project constraints
- Generate walkthrough animations for client presentations
- Stay updated on design trends and rendering technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in 3D rendering and modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating restaurant/hospitality projects
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and V-Ray
- Strong understanding of spatial relationships and ergonomics
- Ability to interpret technical specifications into visual designs
