We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D Drafter to join our technical team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and 3D models. You will work closely with our engineering department to ensure that all designs meet high standards of functionality, manufacturability, and aesthetic appeal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical design, advanced proficiency in CAD software, and hands-on experience with modern additive manufacturing tools. Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate 3D models and technical drawings based on project requirements using CAD software.
- Operate and maintain 3D printers and 3D scanners to assist in the prototyping and reverse engineering process.
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation for design projects.
- Conduct regular quality checks on printed parts and design assemblies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and refining mechanical designs to resolve functional issues.
- Maintain technical files and design records in compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven professional experience in 3D drafting and mechanical design.
- Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA.
- Deep understanding of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, etc.) and post-processing techniques.
- Experience with 3D scanning hardware and point-cloud data processing software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
