As a Site Engineer at Vibe Development, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact on-site. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges, manage project timelines, and ensure all works comply with structural blueprints and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure project adherence to schedules and specifications.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings to provide technical guidance to the construction team.
- Monitor site safety protocols, ensuring all workers comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and site performance.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and variations.
- Resolve technical issues or design discrepancies immediately to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction role.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and CAD drawings.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction standards and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site personnel and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced site environment.
