Vibe Development is a dynamic construction and property development firm based in the heart of Badung, Bali. We are currently seeking a meticulous and professional Construction Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial control, ensuring our high-end construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Manage tender processes, including drafting contracts and evaluating sub-contractor bids.
- Monitor site progress and report on project costs vs. budgets to ensure financial viability.
- Review and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation of materials, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to value engineer projects for cost efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction firm.
- Strong proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, material costs, and Indonesian building standards.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
