Are you a skilled 3D Modeller with a passion for mechanical engineering and architectural support? Inter Equip Supplies Indonesia, a leading specialist in BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) gondola systems, is currently seeking a detail-oriented 3D Modeller to join our technical team in Jakarta Pusat.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing precise 3D models and technical drawings for BMU installations. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure every design meets safety standards and project requirements. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses strong proficiency in CAD and Revit software.
Please note: This position is based in our Jakarta Pusat office. We are prioritizing candidates who are currently residing in or capable of commuting within the Jabodetabek area, as company housing is not provided.
Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate 3D models and technical drafting for BMU gondola systems.
- Convert conceptual designs and sketches into detailed CAD/Revit models for engineering approval.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure design feasibility and compliance with site specifications.
- Prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and documentation for project bidding and procurement.
- Perform regular model revisions and updates based on architectural and structural site changes.
- Maintain project documentation standards and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
- Assist in technical site coordination and troubleshooting where required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a 3D Modeller or Drafter.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Experience with BMU, structural steel, or heavy equipment design is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and spatial awareness.
- Able to interpret architectural floor plans and structural drawings accurately.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight project deadlines.
- Must be based in Jabodetabek area (no dormitory provided).
