Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehousing and inventory management operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and logistics partners to optimize service levels.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to improve warehousing processes, storage, and shipping.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of warehouse staff and logistics coordinators.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in 3PL management, warehousing, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
