In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication between our company, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and our operational goals. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and managing sourcing activities to optimize our supply chain efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard reliable 3PL partners to support regional supply chain requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Negotiate service contracts and pricing structures with third-party providers.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, vendor contracts, and logistics documentation.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize supply chain disruptions.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities and logistics cost analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in 3PL sourcing, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of local logistics markets and transport regulations in the Philippines.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and supply chain management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
