Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in safe navigation and vessel operations during watch-keeping duties
- Monitor and maintain deck equipment including cargo systems and safety gear
- Participate in cargo loading, discharge, and transfer operations
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code regulations
- Conduct routine inspections of hull, deck, and machinery spaces
- Prepare navigational charts and maintain voyage planning documentation
- Train and supervise junior deck personnel in safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Valid 3rd Mate license (STCW compliant)
- Minimum 6 months tanker vessel experience preferred
- Proficiency in electronic navigation systems (ECDIS, radar)
- Familiarity with cargo handling procedures for oil/oilchemicals
- Strong understanding of maritime safety regulations
- Physical fitness and ability to work in harsh conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for vessel documentation
