We are offering a highly attractive package, including a competitive base salary of $2,100 – $2,800 per month and a substantial $5,000 bonus for high performance.
As a Cargo Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our clients, airlines, and ground handlers. You will manage the end-to-end process of cargo documentation, track shipments in real-time, and resolve any logistical discrepancies immediately. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing cargo shipments at Changi Airport.
- Prepare and verify necessary shipping documents, including air waybills and customs declarations.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with airlines, trucking companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor cargo storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and handling regulations.
- Identify and resolve any delays or issues in the supply chain process.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior logistics staff as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in cargo handling, logistics, or transport coordination.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Singapore work pass or citizenship.
