Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise 6G welding on pipes and structural components according to engineering drawings
- Execute Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Inspect weldments for quality assurance using non-destructive testing methods
- Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, and fitting operations
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure optimal working conditions
- Document welding processes and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical welding challenges
Kualifikasi
- Certified 6G welder with AWS/ASME or equivalent international certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial pipe welding
- Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints and technical specifications
- Knowledge of welding metallurgy and material properties
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour construction)
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Good physical condition for overhead and confined space welding
