Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate the Airbus A320 aircraft on assigned routes
- Lead and manage flight crew operations during all flight phases
- Ensure strict compliance with aviation regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning and crew briefings
- Make critical decisions in emergency situations
- Maintain accurate flight documentation and reporting
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout flights
Kualifikasi
- Valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with A320 type rating
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including 2,000+ on A320
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Proven experience in commercial airline operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Clean incident-free flight record
