Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in commercial/industrial buildings
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical distribution systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance services
- Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Valid A4 Chargeman certification from Malaysian authorities
- Minimum 3 years experience in building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Valid driver's license for site visits
