Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in safe navigation and operation of tugboats during offshore assignments
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on deck machinery and safety equipment
- Monitor and maintain cargo handling systems and mooring operations
- Adhere strictly to maritime safety regulations and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with deck crew to ensure efficient vessel operations
- Participate in emergency drills and safety inspections
- Operate deck machinery including winches, cranes, and anchoring systems
Kualifikasi
- Valid Able Seaman certification from POEA-recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years experience on tugboats or offshore vessels
- STCW Basic Safety Training certification required
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in harsh marine conditions
- Strong understanding of maritime safety regulations and protocols
- Willingness to work on rotational schedules with international travel
- Basic seamanship skills including rope work and cargo handling
- Good command of English language for communication with multinational crews
