Tanggung Jawab
- Perform deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and corrosion control operations
- Assist in cargo loading/unloading operations and cargo securing procedures
- Operate deck machinery including winches, cranes, and mooring equipment
- Participate in emergency drills, fire-fighting, and lifeboat operations
- Monitor vessel stability and assist in navigational watch duties
- Maintain deck equipment and safety gear in operational condition
- Follow ISM code compliance and safety management procedures
Kualifikasi
- STCW-certified Able Seaman (AB) qualification
- Minimum 2 years deck experience on general cargo vessels
- Proficiency in cargo handling and lashing procedures
- Valid medical fitness certificate and seafarer's documents
- Basic knowledge of seamanship and vessel stability
- Ability to work in harsh maritime conditions and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
