Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Accountancy, Business, and Management subjects.
- Facilitate interactive classroom discussions that bridge theoretical business concepts with real-world applications.
- Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct periodic assessments to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Mentor students through research projects, business simulations, and extracurricular business competitions.
- Collaborate with the department faculty to continuously improve the SHS ABM curriculum.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress.
- Promote a disciplined, supportive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA), Business Administration, or Management degree holder.
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LET passer) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of financial accounting, marketing, business ethics, and management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Passion for teaching and capability to manage a diverse classroom setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a structured educational environment.
- Professional experience in the academe or corporate training is an advantage.
