Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff across various operational departments
- Create engaging instructional materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection, knowledge testing, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse employee groups
- Stay current with industry best practices in training methodologies and adult learning principles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training or instructional design role
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in training software (e.g., LMS platforms) and multimedia development tools
- Experience creating measurable learning outcomes and assessment frameworks
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple training projects
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
