Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive and engaging lesson plans (Rancangan Pembelajaran Mendalam) tailored to the curriculum and student needs.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive English language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to align teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Language, or Education (S1/Pendidikan).
- Valid teaching certification (Sertifikasi Guru) is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English to school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English with excellent pronunciation.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging teaching materials and resources.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- High level of patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
