Join Norxel Technology Indonesia as a key player in maintaining optimal building operations. We seek a skilled AC & Building Maintenance Technician to ensure all technical facilities function flawlessly in our Jakarta location. This critical role involves hands-on responsibility for the upkeep of air conditioning systems, electrical infrastructure, CCTV networks, PABX communications, and general building facilities. You'll be the first responder to technical issues, performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with proactive problem-solving skills to create safe, efficient environments for occupants.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across commercial facilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in building infrastructure
- Manage CCTV and PABX system installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades
- Perform preventive maintenance on technical building equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment servicing and parts procurement
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or building maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AC maintenance
- Proven expertise in electrical systems and low-voltage infrastructure
- Familiarity with CCTV, PABX, and network cabling systems
- Valid electrical technician license or HVAC certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical capability for equipment installation and repair work
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
