Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and electrical infrastructure across institutional facilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and AC system failures promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with facility management to prioritize maintenance schedules and emergency repairs
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
- Assist in upgrading electrical systems and HVAC equipment for energy efficiency
- Procure necessary materials and manage spare parts inventory for AC and electrical components
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in electrical engineering or HVAC systems
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AC maintenance and electrical work
- Valid electrical technician certification (STRUKTIR) or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical circuits, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical capability to work in various conditions and lift equipment up to 25kg
