We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AC Specialist to join our Engineering Staff team at Indonesia Surfaris. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of all air conditioning systems across our facilities. You will work closely with the engineering team to conduct routine maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and implement effective repair solutions, contributing to a comfortable and efficient environment for our operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, identifying root causes and executing effective repairs
- Install, configure, and commission new AC units and associated components
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate logs of maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all works
- Collaborate with the engineering team to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize operational disruption
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of necessary supplies
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff as required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AC maintenance and repair
- Valid certification in handling refrigerants and AC systems preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC controls
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good physical condition and willingness to work in varied environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
