Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance to optimize system efficiency and longevity
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
- Document service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AC repair and maintenance
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and HVAC system schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
