Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigerators, and cooking systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing malfunctions in kitchen appliances
- Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of essential maintenance supplies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management
- Collaborate with culinary teams to address equipment-related operational concerns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance or repair
