We're seeking a skilled professional to maintain and repair critical production equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks, stone crushers, conveyor systems, and screening units. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime in our Bali-based production facilities. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment while implementing preventive maintenance protocols, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and performing both routine and emergency repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs on excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks, and stone crushers
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules for conveyor systems and quarry production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Overhaul major components including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain detailed service records and equipment performance logs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Recommend equipment upgrades and efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years experience as heavy equipment mechanic with quarry/mining machinery
- Technical certification in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment repair
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems
- Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and stone crusher operations
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Valid heavy equipment operator license (preferred)
- Physical ability to work in demanding environments
- Problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
