Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for all academic programs and ensure alignment with institutional vision.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high standards of instructional excellence.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation, incorporating modern pedagogical practices.
- Manage daily school operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and inspiring learning environment.
- Facilitate regular meetings with parents and stakeholders to build strong community partnerships.
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions to support diverse learning needs.
- Drive school-wide professional development workshops and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with national educational standards and school accreditation requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an educational leadership or administrative role.
- Deep understanding of contemporary curriculum design and child development theories.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage school budgets, staffing, and academic resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to educational challenges.
- Passion for innovation and commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive school culture.
- Active teaching license (Sertifikat Pendidik) is highly preferred.
