Are you an ambitious student or recent graduate ready to move beyond the classroom and into the trenches of startup innovation? FocusLab-Tech Corp. is seeking a high-energy, analytical, and curious Ground Zero Team Intern to join our Market Discovery unit. This is not your typical coffee-and-filing internship; you will work directly under the mentorship of our Co-founders to execute rapid-cycle experiments, validate new product-market fits, and build scalable growth models.
As part of our Ground Zero Team, you will operate in a 'Build, Measure, Learn' environment. You will be at the forefront of market research, user interviews, and data-driven pivot strategies. We provide a hybrid working model that balances deep-work research with face-to-face strategic brainstorming. If you are passionate about entrepreneurship, lean methodology, and disrupting markets, this is your launchpad.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute rapid market validation experiments (A/B testing, surveys, landing page tests).
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and identify untapped market segments for expansion.
- Document 'Build, Measure, Learn' cycles and present data-backed insights to the Co-founders.
- Synthesize raw user feedback into actionable product requirements and value propositions.
- Support the team in managing pilot outreach campaigns and partnership building.
- Assist in the creation of pitch decks and strategic internal documents.
- Monitor industry trends and perform deep-dive research to guide pivot decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering program.
- Strong understanding of Lean Startup methodologies and MVP concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret data and draw logical business conclusions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for user engagement and reporting.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, or project management tools.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and a 'hacker' mindset toward problem-solving.
