Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics for various academic programmes and workshops.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for assigned projects or client accounts.
- Organize meetings, seminars, and events, including venue setup and attendee coordination.
Kualifikasi
- A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in programme operations or client services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
