Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years in student services, alumni relations, or higher education management
- Proven track record in team leadership and project management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and digital engagement tools
- Strategic planning and budget management expertise
