You will ensure that our programs run smoothly, maintain accurate student records, and serve as a primary point of contact for our stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for academic programs to ensure seamless operation.
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between instructors, students, and parents.
- Maintain and update internal databases and student management systems with high accuracy.
- Prepare academic reports, schedules, and materials in a timely manner.
- Handle inquiries via email and chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Assist in the digital onboarding process for new students and staff members.
- Monitor attendance and provide administrative support for virtual classroom sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an academic or educational setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with our learning community.
