We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director in Bali. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the daily operations and ensuring that schedules, priorities, and administrative tasks are handled with the utmost professionalism. You will act as a key point of contact, managing communications, coordinating travel, and ensuring that our executive team remains focused on strategic initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize the Director’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with document preparation, report writing, and data entry to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Research information, compile data, and prepare presentations as requested by the Director.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, such as managing supplies and coordinating internal events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on detail and a willingness to learn.
- Valid ID card and availability to work in Bali.
