ESQ Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Staff member to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. We are looking for an experienced English educator with a strong background in TOEFL and TOEIC preparation. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive English language instruction, with a specific focus on TOEFL and TOEIC preparation strategies.
- Develop, design, and update course materials and teaching modules to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to monitor student progress.
- Manage classroom dynamics to foster an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic department to align course objectives with industry standards.
- Administer mock tests to evaluate student proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum TOEFL score of 500+ and TOEIC score of 785+.
- At least 2-3 years of experience teaching English to adults or university students.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
