Newcastle International Language Academy is seeking a visionary Academy General Manager to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in our Jakarta Timur campus. This leadership role requires a business-minded educational innovator who can transform vision into reality while maintaining the highest standards of language education. As the Academy General Manager, you will spearhead business development initiatives, forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions and corporate clients, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious enrollment and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of entrepreneurial acumen and educational expertise to optimize resource allocation, implement data-driven decision-making, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence while ensuring exceptional student experiences and staff development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive academy growth and profitability
- Lead strategic partnerships with schools, corporations, and community organizations
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage full-cycle operations including curriculum implementation, staff recruitment, and student enrollment
- Implement quality assurance frameworks and compliance with educational standards
- Drive digital transformation and technology integration in academic operations
- Lead talent development initiatives for teaching and administrative staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 7+ years in educational leadership with 3+ years in general management
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth in education sector
- Expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, and operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership cultivation skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual capabilities advantageous
- Experience with educational technology platforms and digital transformation
