PERSOL is seeking a skilled and dedicated ACBS Consultant to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a Corporate Lending Business Analyst, focusing on the end-to-end loan lifecycle processes. You will leverage your deep banking domain expertise to optimize system configurations, ensuring seamless operations and driving business value for our clients.
As a key member of the project team, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring the ACBS (Accounting & Corporate Banking System), and supporting the implementation of new functionalities. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document end-to-end loan lifecycle requirements and business processes.
- Configure and customize the ACBS system to align with specific banking business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement best practices.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Assist in the implementation of new banking modules and system upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the banking domain, specifically within Corporate Lending.
- Strong technical background and hands-on experience with ACBS systems or similar banking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end loan processing and credit risk management.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
