Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technico-functional support for the ACBS system, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements and banking standards.
- Manage the end-to-end lending lifecycle, including requirement gathering, system configuration, documentation, and deployment.
- Conduct thorough integration testing, defect management, and UAT to ensure system stability, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals to support knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure the ACBS platform remains current and secure.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ACBS functionalities during stakeholder interactions and workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ACBS Consultant or in similar banking core systems environments.
- Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle and comprehensive knowledge of banking domain processes.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and system testing methodologies (UAT, Integration, Regression).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems is a plus.
