In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that every guest arrival, stay, and departure is seamless, professional, and reflects our brand's commitment to quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end property operations, ensuring all units are guest-ready and meet strict cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Manage guest communication channels, including check-in/out processes, inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure 5-star ratings.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to schedule tasks and verify service quality.
  • Monitor platform performance on booking sites (Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com) to optimize occupancy and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-stocked and functional.
  • Maintain operational logs and prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance costs, and guest feedback for management.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new properties into our rental portfolio, ensuring they meet the StayEasy brand guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, hotel operations, or guest services.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor when handling guest escalations.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) dashboards.
  • High level of integrity, punctuality, and an eye for interior detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
