Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end property operations, ensuring all units are guest-ready and meet strict cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Manage guest communication channels, including check-in/out processes, inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure 5-star ratings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to schedule tasks and verify service quality.
- Monitor platform performance on booking sites (Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com) to optimize occupancy and pricing strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-stocked and functional.
- Maintain operational logs and prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance costs, and guest feedback for management.
- Assist in the onboarding of new properties into our rental portfolio, ensuring they meet the StayEasy brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, hotel operations, or guest services.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor when handling guest escalations.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) dashboards.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and an eye for interior detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
