Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns and statutory financial reporting.
  • Review financial statements to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline proposal drafting, contract management, and sales reporting.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or sales operations support.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
