Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a robust national sales strategy to maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth across Indonesia.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and government healthcare institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, product launches, and value propositions.
- Regularly report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting to senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Drive the negotiation and closing of high-value contracts, partnerships, and long-term business agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market dynamics and B2B sales cycles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quota in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing sales teams.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
