Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Papua region.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets for MTI products.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Coordinate effectively with branch offices and headquarters to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business Administration or Finance.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MTI products or financial services is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and work within the Papua region.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
