Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career with a dynamic international organization? YSQ International Pte Ltd is currently seeking an Account Assistant (General Ledger Section) to join our finance team in Batam. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and supporting our monthly closing processes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong grasp of accounting principles, capable of managing fixed assets, inventory reconciliation, and general ledger postings with high accuracy. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial reporting is compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our regional office.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full cycle of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform daily General Ledger (GL) journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee inventory accounting processes, including periodic stock counts and valuation adjustments.
- Maintain and track the Fixed Asset Register, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts promptly.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules for management review.
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal audit requirements and tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a GL accounting or general finance role.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
