We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our growing team in Karawaci. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our financial operations, ensuring precise accounting practices, and maintaining full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader capable of streamlining processes, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support senior management decisions.
As our Finance & Tax Supervisor, you will manage month-end closing procedures, supervise the accounting staff, and act as the primary point of contact for external audits and tax reporting. We are looking for someone with a strong background in general ledger management, corporate tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT), and financial reporting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN) in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage the full cycle of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and finance team.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure organizational compliance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting and tax within a reputable organization.
- Proficient in tax software and Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a professional team.
