CV. Anugrah Maju Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Staff Accounting to join our growing team in Surabaya. We are looking for more than just a data entry professional; we need a financial partner who can oversee our fiscal health and proactively identify opportunities for tax optimization and process improvements.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting, ensuring that every transaction is recorded with precision while contributing to our strategic tax planning initiatives. You will work closely with management to provide insights that support informed decision-making and long-term financial stability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform accurate data entry into tax reporting systems and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative tax-saving strategies that remain strictly within legal frameworks.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial discrepancies to maintain clean records.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Analyze expenditure patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or tax-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically regarding tax planning and corporate financial health.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
